As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we continue to receive questions from concerned productions and individuals.
All of our payroll partners are taking measures to ensure they remain operating at 100% capacity, and for the time being, we do not expect your payments to be affected in any way.
While the severity of COVID-19 or how many people will fall ill is currently unknown, we urge everyone to be proactive in putting prevention strategies in place. Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that are common in people and many different species of animals, including camels, cattle, cats, and bats. Rarely, animal coronaviruses can infect people and then spread between people such as with MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV, and now with this new virus (named SARS-CoV-2).
An outbreak of respiratory disease caused by a novel (new) coronavirus that was first detected in China and has now been detected in more than 100 locations internationally, including in the United States. The virus has been named “SARS-CoV-2” and the disease it causes has been named “coronavirus disease 2019” (abbreviated “COVID-19”).

March 2, 2020: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: FDA and CDC take action to increase access to respirators, including N95s, for health care personnel - In a joint effort, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention took action to make more respirators, including certain N95s, available to health care personnel. The FDA granted the CDC’s request for an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to allow health care personnel to use certain industrial respirators during the COVID-19 outbreak in health care settings. A list of respirators eligible for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is available in Appendix A and a list of respirators authorized under the EUA is available in Appendix B of the EUA’s letter of authorization.
